About
My name is Carin, and Face Yoga is about helping you understand your face in a completely different way.
Over time, we build tension in our facial muscles through stress, habits, and everyday expression. Most people aren’t aware of it, but it can affect how the face looks and feels.
Face Yoga works to gently release that tension, improve circulation, and support natural lift and tone.
Each session is one-to-one and tailored to you. There is no standard routine, because every face is different.
Before booking any sessions, you will begin with a Face Assessment. This allows us to look at your facial movement, understand your goals, and create a personalised plan that works for you.
Sessions are available online via Zoom or in person in Bryndwr, Christchurch.
This is not about quick fixes or changing how you look.
It is about working with your face, building awareness, and supporting natural, long-term results.
